Windows Movie Maker Help

Hey guys i'm having problems converting the files of WMM to something else so does anyone know how to help me with this problem. I can convert files but the problem is that it lowers my video quality and I really dont want that so can anyone help me? (Keep in mind my computer doesnt have windows 7 or 8 so I need to use the original WMM or WMM2.6

What were your search queries on Google? Looking up "Converting WMM file" gets me THIS assuming that you want to upload your video to Youtube.

Yeah that is what I do but it lowers the quality
