In all seriousness, with the new changes you dont evolve W anymore. Its Q>E>R mostly. You either max Q or W in lane. W if you are losing Q if you are winning. If they are melee, Q then auto with your passive whenever they go for a last hit, then walk into a brush to reset your passive. If they are ranged, clear the waves fast. This will make them isolated more. Use this chance to leap onto them into a Q then auto for the slow. W them while they are slowed. If you have ult, use it to reset the slow and passive and utilize the speed up to catch up

You can still evolve W for the sustain but you're going to miss quite a lot of damage.
