Blocktopia Convention?

I don't know if this would be the right place to post this XD But I think it would be a lot of fun if we could just have big convention-like meetup for all of Blocktopia c: You know, so we could meet all of our awesome online friends in real life c:

As much as I want this to happen, I think that many of us are still kids who have to stay at home for school and even if it were the holidays I don't think my parents would like it if I went to a different cluntry for one reason only, no matter how important it may be to me :c

Nice in theory but.. well put it like this flights from say Ireland to America are around 800- 1000 euro and then throw in living costs etc. AND the nightmarish airport security who grope you... no thanks Although maybe region get togethers could work like a European Convention, American, Australian etc.

Only will be able to go, if the place just so happen to be Mississippi. Why travel to a tropical paradise or The big apple, when you have the south to go to? Every visitor gets a banjo and chewing tobacco.

Sure it may be fun, but given half of us are under 18 it'd be a it tough. Also we don't have enough people to really have one and know a good amount will come.

The way I see this happening

davidjl123 will be filming the whole event for another SuperDavid movie
superstein will be having a huge sugar rush after one too many Coca-Colas
tnmjimbob will be sitting on his laptop coding the whole time
trngl3087 will be sitting in a corner in a dark trenchcoat drinking out of a suspicious bottle
Sploorky will be asking begging trngl to share it
raxo2222 will be making hundreds of status updates about it
zezmi will be running around shouting 'LOL'

And I'm going to be the one who does something incredibly stupid and ends up on YouTube because of it.

Personally, I think it should be optional. Why?
1. Ages
2. Finances
3. Some people wouldn't want to go
4. We've got people from the English-speaking world and more

TBH the best place to get in the middle for everyone would likely be east-coast America or a place in Europe. However... god knows what would happen at it.

And zezmi would also be yelling "gg wp".

We could host it in St. Augustine but it's barren MindCrafty
