The girl with grey wings asks what happens if you don't have an opposite. I think for a moment. "Well... I believe it is possible for the Guardian of Purification to take on the role of the opposite instead, since magic taint is a form of corruption of the mind. But I don't think I've seen him around either."
The shining boy says: "There might be another way..." and then says something about the Frost Phoenix in a very knowing way. I shake my head. "No, the Frost Phoenix's magic is different from the magic of the Guardians. They're... different. Typically, almost any form of magic uses the energy that I control, but the Phoenixes are an exception to that rule. He won't be able to do anything about it."
I understand now that the only thing we should focus on at this moment is to find either the Guardian of Aether or Purification and ask for help. Otherwise, things could get messy. The Guardian of the Nether being corrupted by magic taint... it could have very bad consequences. Nether itself can start leaking in the overworld.
"Alright, here's what we have to do," I start and then pause for a minute after I see Light stroking the winged girl's hair. I smile, just for a second, and then continue. "We need to find either Aether or Purification and we have to cure Remilia from the tain, otherwise things will get bad. And we gotta do it fast, we have a day or two, perhaps. Three, if she fights it back, but that's the best we can hope for. There's two people that need to be there the minute we find either of them: Remilia and I, so we can get it done as fast as possible. Anyone else is optional, but any help is greatly appreciated."
The man with great white wings steps forward and asks me: "Sorry for interrupting, but is there anything I can do? Maybe fly someone somewhere or look for someone?"
"Yes, we need to get to Aether or Purification as soon as possible, flight is an ability that will help us greatly in searching for people. You can see a lot more from above and you can generally move faster as well." I turn my attention to everyone around me. "Alright, listen up. Remilia and I are going to search for the Guardian of the Aether of the Guardian of Purification, whichever we find first. We need either of them to reverse the effects of the magic taint. Anyone that wants to help us is welcome to come with us, if they can keep up. We leave as soon as possible."

He snaps out of his thoughts "O-oh. Uh. I'll stay here with Alouette. If something happens or a either guardian comes by here i'll let you know. If any of you find the Guardian: Come back here. I'll shoot up a light flare for y'all."
He stands up and looks at the guardian of magic "Be careful. The guardian of Darkness is probably still wanderin' around looking for trouble." he looks slightly worried "Don't underestimate that git. He's much stronger than he looks"

I turn back to Airis and ask him: "Is it possible, by any chance, to take me to whereever you found Remilia? I have reason to believe that she used a powerful spell, a spell that opened a gateway to a different dimension. It may have something to do with the taint she's suffering."

Himinn looked up at the sky, her bangs hiding her eyes.
"And by the looks of it, I'd say he's going through magic taint as well," she muttered to herself.
She didn't really know how she could guess that, honestly.
But...
The way the dark enveloped the sky... Not even showing moon or stars, as if light was forbidden...
... It was in a crazed way... Like the darkness was out of control, obsessed...
... As if its Guardian wasn't really controlling it...
... This had started around today.
She woke up around today.
Somehow... If she's guessing correctly...
The sky was the first to envelop this world...
And with it... So was she?
Like as if she knew she was the first to wake up...
... Then, if that's the case...
... She had to find him as well.

My attention turns to Himinn, who I noticed talking to Ross while I was giving my little speeh. Ross isn't there any more though...
I walk up to her and look at her for a moment. She was muttering something about a mysterious "he" suffering from taint as well, just as I was closing up my speech. "Hey there. You okay?" I ask her. Without waiting for the answer, I continue: "You were muttering something about someone else suffering from taint just now. Would you like to share that with me?"

Reading it quickly It does seem interesting. As I used to like roleplay I guess I've gone off it in a way, It would be nice to go back to it once In a while. Roleplay seems baby-ish in a way to me. It is a slight bit confusing but it would be fun to take part! If you're asking for participants I'll go in for sure! You might need to explain a few bits and pieces to me but I'll catch on!

Ross woke practically screaming. The nether now looks nothing like the Nether in his dream...Had Pyro really teamed up with that demon girl to create that? He couldn't have....He's too...No.... It had to have been the demon... But he wasn't possessed then...Was he?..No, he had to have been. That place was a hell. The place is just a part of the afterlife... Ross' eyes widen in realization. Holy shit, this is the afterlife! If I don't leave here I might actually become dead... Ross quickly dove back through the portal. He had no idea how long he had been asleep, or what would happen if he stayed too long, but he didn't want to find out.
Ross looks back longingly at the portal, it had made him feel so good. So relaxed. He sighed, he won't be going back in there for some time. He remembers seeing the Phoenix, and immediately feels guilty about passing by him on the way there. What if he had died while Ross was enjoying himself? The Phoenix had helped him more than once since this planet was created. It was time to return the favor.
The Guardian of water ((I feel like I've been starting too many paragraphs with "Ross" D: )) approaches the downed Phoenix cautiously, remembering what had happened last time. Fortunately, the heat from the Nether was still with him and would last him they way back, so he picked up the creature and set forth carrying him back to the group.

The pair was overlooking a cliff, one admiring her domain, the other his handiwork. Pyro and the little girl...Ross woke practically screaming. Upon contact with the frost phoenix, Ross is greeted with a brief telepathic animation, showing the sky returning to normal and how such an event would recharge the phoenix's star power.
However, the only decipherable instructions that follow are in phoenix rune, and then it ends.
The experience of the animation itself is strange; the person viewing it can see normally, but they also see the animation as though looking at it from the corner of their eye... as if they watched it with their mind.
At the end of the mental contact, Ross finds himself holding a small glass phial containing a clear liquid. This phial allows the animation and message to be replayed until this new objective is complete.
Despite it's texture and physical appearance, the phial is not made of glass, but rather magically redefined particles from the surrounding atmosphere, and will return to its original state after it's objective has been completed. However, Ross will require a phoenix rune translator in order to know how to complete this new objective.
Quest Objective Summary:
-Find a way to translate the phoenix runes in the phial (To replay the animation and message, consume the phial's contents).
-[Second objective presently locked]

Upon picking up the Phoenix, the sky turns blue for just a moment, and a phial filled with unfamiliar runes floating around in liquid appears in his hand. He takes the moment of clear sky gladly, but disregards the phial and pushes it into his pocket.
Reminded that he misses the sky, he resumes his trek, wanting to apologize to Himinn.

Fauna walks away, the others still in view but their conversation non-existent from here. The sight of wings makes him slightly depressed as it pushes in the fact he's practically useless... no flying creatures, from all he could remember, the last planet just had them, but why not here? Only a few made it here and they're probably dying of things such as hunger or starvation by now. Birds... they flew free yet are now stuck on this horrid planet, practically a cage.
This was not the first time Fauna had thought about this and he often made theories of how it could work but none of them had worked so far. Well... of course they wouldn't have, they were things a child could have made up. Trying to focus all your energy and use weird hand movements to make something happen? No, that was petty street-magician play in the last world. One or two theories had to do with the rings, specifically the blue one which he, for the time being, decided was definitely his ring yet still no prevail.
