So this does explain a lot, specificaly we know everyone who killed last night, 05, Samlen, Slenderman, and the mafia. Based on the fluff I'd say the Slenderman has a specific target who may or may not know who they are. What this means is that the mafia may win in as little as 2 nights!

Night 1

no deaths

Night 2

Mad11Gab
was found dead, a medical kit, strong laxative and an empty pill bottle labelled 'Do not forget to refill' were found. He most likely was an insane doctor.

Ooglie101 was found dead, he had a Level 4 clearance pass on him which was immediately confiscated and discarded.

Night 3

Midnightgirl24 - ??? (???) has vanished!
std1997 - ??? (???) has vanished!
xXxFruitninjaxXx - ??? (???) has vanished!
Dessern5 - ??? (???) has vanished!

So now we need to think who killed who...

There were no earlier targets, I can only kill when there is no lynch previously, but even the amount of kills I can have is limited, I would not kill anymore unless I had a confirmed knowledge of whom scp-096 is.
So wait you can only kill when there is a no lynch or you can get a kind of charge towards killing someone when there is a no lynch?

Strictly-speaking, you could say I'm third-party, though I've played it off more as town-sided.

I can kill whenever there is no lynch (Hence I was able to kill last night since the previous day ended with a modkill instead of a lynch or specifically a no-lynch).
So you didn't kill N1? Hmmm...

Well this puts me in an odd place. I can take that 05 didn't kill N1, I can take that You didn't kill N1, I can take that a doc blocked a kill N1, but what I cannot take is there being no deaths N1. In short I call BS, there is no indication that a serial killer with a specific target (as the fluff suggests) would target the 05 group, the only obvious targets N1. So this puts me in the awkward position where I want to know how we can trust you and your claim because it occurs to me that you and hunter may be mafia buddies and had this whole thing planned out ahead of time, a role whose only power is knowing a lot of roles claims to have special in game, you claim to be related to that but also not a threat, how do we know this isn't just a trick... I have an idea but it is unsavory...

To be specific, I die from madness if I kill anyone other than scp-096 right now, and that's assuming there's a day without a lynch. Assuming that the scp-wiki's flavor text stays semi-true, I can pretty much only go a lynch-hunt for a someone that's most likely a serial-killer themselves. Though, if we were to take the flavor text further, I would guess that it might kill via being visited, though that's more of a guess than anything.

Here's my plan-

We need to kill either Samlen or Hunter
In my mind there is serious doubt about this claim when you consider N1 had no deaths and we have a serial killer and the mafia on the loose without a doc coming forth during our mass claim, we had a doc and we curently have a body guard (Who obviously didn't die). Since their roles compliment each other we can confirm one innocent or guilty by killing the other while simultaneously confirming or discrediting the existence of codename "slender". We need to pick which one to kill by their claimed roles and for this reason I choose Samlen, if he needs a no lynch to kill than he is without power this late into the game, meanwhile Hunter has a database of roles; on top of this Hunter is claiming to be town sided and against mafia, Samlen has nothing to do with the mafia one way or the other...

1) I don't think "Slendy" is going to come out and reveal himself, so ....Yeah

2) So let me get this straight. If there is a no lynch, you may kill someone. You are looking for a specific target. Is all of this information correct?

Ok then. Now that that's out of the way. Let's think of it this way: If 96 could kill freely, why did it not do so on Night 1? Because 96 can only kill on nights during which there was a lynch.

D0: No lynch.
N1: No deaths.
So far, so good.

D1: Caff lynched, Ender poisoned.
N2: Ooglie and Mad killed.
The mafia accounts for one kill, and 96 for the other.

N3: Fruit, Dess, std, mid and killed.
We have of course the mafia. Samlen admits to killing Fruit. It's been proposed that Dess was killed by a delayed action of Jivvi's shears. 96 accounts for the last kill.

Allright, stop the press, don't vote to lynch samlen

I hoped I didn't have to do this, but now that it's pretty clear what's happening I have no other choice. Let me tell you the story of

Hunter27a1 and his plot to win very sneakily

[BCOLOR=#99cc00]Disclaimer at the start[/BCOLOR]: In this story, neither Hunter nor Samlen are a threat to the town - except for the fact they win the game if their win condition is met, but they don't work against us, it's actually awesome to have even more "confirmed" non-mafia claims, as we can narrow down even further on who the scum is.

Content:

1. The claim
2. The behavior in game and it's reason
3. The win condition
4. The role action speculation

1. The claim

Whilst Hunters claim sounds lovely (and huge props for devising it, it is a fantastic fake claim), it is also complete bullcrap if you spend just a moment looking at it. The one fact you trip over is the "Level Clearance" thing. Nowhere in this game was there ever any indication of security levels. Hunter claims to need a keycard to get another security clearance level. But all the keycards do, is let you join one of the three rooms we have.

Not only this - I also have a keycard which I can give to someone but they can only enter a room if they know it's number
-> The keycard only lets the user enter a room
-> Nothing about so called security clearances
-> The person needs to know the room numbers, which once again goes against Hunter simply needing a keycard to get his clearance

There's more to the claim (like SCP 159, waaaaaat?) but let's move to the next point, I'll get back to the claim in a bit.

2. The behavior in game and it's reason

Everybody has noticed the way Hunter has been playing this game, much to the irritation of some. Now, looking at how mafia works, there's usually only very few reasons someone would play exactly like this. The two most likely are:

- A very good playing fool like role that wants to be lynched

but since fools suck ass in closed setups, the next is more likely

- A role that wants to be investigated / visited / looked at closer by other players. By making yourself just enough suspicious to seem scummy, you will have PRs visiting you at night / watching you / tracking you / etc.

I believe with a high degree of certainty, that Hunter's behavior is due to having some kind of action that requires him to be interacted with at night.

What that action could be I'll get to in part 4, since that's the one thing I have to assume more than the others.

3. The Win condition

Now it gets interesting. Please everyone look back at the claim, and one of the posts before it:

I have knowledge of another role's name, which has not yet been claimed, and would like the player(s?) having this role to claim immediately for the benefit of us all.

The role is called "The Rogue MTF Unit"
So, taking my approach of debunking the claim, Hunter's claim goes like this:

Blah Blah Blah Air Air Filler Filler Blah
Explicit Knowledge of the Rogue MTF Unit

All before in his claim doesn't even matter, the extremely important puzzle piece is the fact he explicitely knows the name one of specific role. All other things he uses to support his claim ("I knew so many things ahead of the time and was always right") were extremely educated guesses, playing into his very well built fake claim ("I guessed there was a Vig, of course my documents only stated there was a Vig, everything else was redacted").

Don't be blended by the rest, the one important thing to take away from Hunters claim is the fact that everything leads up to the Rogue MTF Unit, which he had to find a reason for knowing the exact role. Also, please remember how he stated that the person that is the Rogue MTF Unit needs to claim immediately "for the benefit of us all".

Some people might already guess where this is going, but bear with me.

Next puzzle piece: Samlen claims to be the Rogue MTF Unit, and surprise surprise, Samlen also knows exactly one role by exact name: SCP 096 - with the difference of also stating/admitting that he needs to kill that role in order to fulfill his win condition.

Does this seem familiar to anyone? If you have played mafia before, it should click latest now:

We have a pair of third party roles, tasked with getting the other killed, in order to win.

A good example of how this is very likely, if you need more instances, is this:

huh. i'm actually going to agree with you for once
vote samlen
So, all the time before, Hunter absolutely attacks road for a potentially bogus TP claim (oh the irony!) and suddenly when Road votes to lynch Samlen, Hunter forgets all that and immediately jumps on the wagon to lynch Samlen. This for me sealed the deal of being sure that Hunter requires Samlen dead to win.

I believe Hunter is SCP 096, has a win condition of having Rogue MTF dead (Samlen), and has one more night ability that requires people interacting somehow.

All he has done supports this, every piece of the puzzle fits, and the fact of jumping behind road suddenly to vote samlen seals the deal.

Please also remember this:

yes, everyone else loses, but since that's disappointing the game will probably continue onwards for 2nd place
When we talked about how a TP win shouldn't be a reason to lynch a TP, he was very against that and continued to push. Well of course he would be against it, since he wants to win by himself. (oh, the irony)

4. The role action speculation
The last point I wanted to add, is a speculation about what Hunters role actually does.

can i have the keycard please? i'm not in an inn
Hunter asks Ooglie for the keycard. Next morning Ooglie turns up dead. So my one theory is, that Hunter kills whoever gives him an item or visits him, since it is likely Ooglie did attempt to give Hunter the keycard.

The one thing that does not fit properly into this theory is, that dessern investigated Hunter the same night, and that 77 claims to have blocked hunter that night.

So: Ooglie died due to something else, Dessern didn't die since Hunter was blocked, or was protected by a doctor (remember: The doc if he exists/existed would always try to protect a cop claim!) or The blocking only blocked the first interaction and Ooglie was the second, or.

We will probably never find out until the game ends and we see all actions, so I cannot be sure if my theory of the night action is correct. The good thing is: It doesn't matter for the game right now.

---

tl;dr:

1. IF WE LYNCH EITHER SAMLEN OR HUNTER THE OTHER ONE WILL WIN THE GAME.
2. We have two "confirmed" TP roles that do not run the risk of going against town, and who won't be touched by scum since scum would lose the game. This gives us great power of keeping scum under some form of control.

Thank you for reading.

I'll stick with my vote for iggy.
