Is no one even going to question this?
I may be wrong, but from what I've seen, Caff seems like a more passive player. Vocal, maybe, but passive. According to defiant, this makes her more likely to be town. Caff outright says that she doesn't fit defiant's mold. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a slip.
From the quotes you... well, quoted, I don't really see what you're trying to say.
From what I'm interpreting is that Caff disagree's with Defiant's opinion on "who is most likely Mafia" mold, and so disagrees with that and thinks that more risky players are more likely to be town, while more passive-players are more likely anti-town hiding in the shadows, and she's glad that (from what I'm reading) they are the opposite of Defiant's mold... so either a more talkative player (opinions wise), or likes her mold better than Defiants.
So frankly I'm not sure the problem, but then again, I'm still confused on what you wanted from this even with the added explanation in a later post. >.<
Ok there has been controversity my roleclaim. So I guess I will end it once and for all.
I lied about the claim being fake. As some of you suspected the claim was real. And I am, infact, Hercules the cop. I can investigate one person each night, and claiming cop on day 1 was indeed my strategy. Why would I claim you ask? Well all I'll say right now is that this is not part of a plan to have a Mafia watcher watch whoever visits me in the hope the Doctor protects me so that the Mafia find out who he is.
I hope this clears up any confusion about the claim made earlier, since some people misread what I was trying to say.
Did you even say that it was fake? I don't recall you even /really/ bringing it up as a joke/real until now. o .o
Anyways...
Don't know what to think of this really, frankly it seems rather weird.
And that name:
Hercules. Are there hidden implications you aren't telling us? Are you possibly immune to death a night with your mythical strength? Do you have a special power outside of cop claims?
And then the name again. From the sign-up thread alone GmK said this wasn't necessarily a
flavoured game, and thus there would be no need for a name like Hercules unless you came up with it yourself. But then again that's just an observation. (seeing as Alpha claimed Alien, a very generic name, which whether or not it was a false-claim or there is more to it, we don't know at this present moment)
And then the second part:
>Implying this game has watchers like previous games. A tad specific frankly.
It's all a bit... unbelievable. I'll slot this into position alongside my thoughts on Alpha's roleclaim and say that it's somewhat unbelievable and you are probably some other role.
what pros do you think there are? i cannot think of any at all
Well frankly seeing as this is a Day start and we have literally straws to go on... keeping "possible third-parties" around (if they are even the role they claim they are) it really doesn't make a lot of sense to simply lop people off for claiming, especially when it'll be such a shot in the dark that the information we're basing it on cannot be supported, it seems like a better idea to let people slide for the first day (until the game
really gets underway as it usually does during the first Night).
There are a lot of obvious cons, but that's mostly because you can't really "trust" anyone at this point in the game (unless you're on teams like Mafia or Assassins back in Masq or something). Obviously role claiming this early is rather dangerous, and thus it may lead to us wanting to lynch quickly out of fear of the future.
Of course, that hasn't come yet, so at the moment we can wait and see how things play out and decide with some good information on how to lynch this day.
Like I won't lynch Alpha off the basis of his "possible third-party affiliations," because I feel the claim is fake, and thus I feel we don't
truly know his affiliations (like practically everyone here), so I wouldn't vote him until we had more information to go off of.
