notty is saying that both protestor and fence can contact both roles and people according to a PM to mars
notty is also saying that the fence messages came through mars and not a personal fence account (like the protestor account)
people are concerned that the protestor is pretending to be the fence
so surely fence can contact the protestor to see whether the message comes through as a fence account or mars and then protestor can accounce in thread what it appears as
and then to check if the protestor appears as an account or mars in a PM then the protestor can message multiple people to post results in thread to make sure a mafia doesnt lie

NEW CRAZY IDEA INCOMING (approved by mars!)
the protestor messages literally everyone with a special word that they will start their messages with so that the fence cannot pretend to be the protestor and then announces in main thread when theyve done it so the fence doesnt sniperino the word and the person gets confused
e.g.
protestor: wow [person a] i'll start all messages with banana muffins and then you'll know it's me!!!!
protestor: wow [person b] i'll start all messages with BOOKCASE and then you'll know it's me!!!!
etc (idk why those 2 words came into my head)
then protestor says 'ok done!!!!!!!!!!' in main thread and then all people who received 2 since sneaky sneak fence can ask to be sent again!!!!

I am not trying to be the fence, I'd do a better job if I wanted to do that. I'm not entirely sure why people think that I am doing this.
My job is to broadcast opinions and help the town, I do not want to steal someone else's job. To be honest I'm having trouble doing my own job at this point, I am planning to talk a lot more.
I am observing certain people at this point, listing their anti-town points and their town points. My broadcasts are when I've collected a lot information or if something has surfaced that I just need to talk about.
At this point I believe that Geek is innocent. She is so townie that I can't even begin to explain, her actions and her panic only made her brush off as mafia.
On the other hand, I believe that Notty is mafia. You can say I'm wrong but their actions and the utter panic to try and place someone else in the spotlight made me suspicious.
Once again, I am currently observing and collecting.

Ooglie the issue with that is that the fence will know what the word is if the protester tells everyone.
Mars, can the fence/protester contact regular civilians by role? If yes, does it contact all of them?

I don't see any situation where both you and Friendy are speaking the truth. One of you has to lying and therefore a threat to town (unless Friendy or notty are town and trolling).
There is no reason for Friendy to claim the fence if he's anything else. As a mafia/SK he would get one kill out of it and then die himself, not worth for him. If he's town then making such a claim is trolling and we can't assume that. I assume he is speaking the truth and you are lying, it could still be that Friendy is evil however killing you gives more info about Friendy than killing Friendy does about you. That means you should be shot and if you are good then Friendy should be lynched,

Yes and there is no reason for me to claim what I did if I'm anti-town. Yes there is no reason to claim fence if he's anything else. Because he's THE FENCE. That role he claimed I never once said he lied about that because I don't think he is. He's speaking the truth about being fence but he's lying about sending the messages to me.
Let's see why would he claim not to send those messages:
1) Sending threatening messages to Town might be a big reason for him to get lynched.
2) Do we really need a two here? He's claiming I'm lying about the messages because he wants people to believe he's with the Town. Naturally he can't have people thinking that he's anything other than with the town or he'd get lynched. Thus he claimed that I'm lying. And either you're Mafia or you're blindly falling for his tricks.
I shouldn't be shot. We've got a Third Party that not only can give an extra vote to the Mafia, but also give them a gun to fire during the day thus our MYLO situation is 2 days earlier than it would be without the Fence alive. They should be killed because they're a big threat to this town.
