Quick question: Is there going to be any incentive for the clans to build their base in the pvp zone? I know in JtE we had the pvp area past the wall that no one ever built in.
Edit: Also is the nether/end going to be pvp or pve?

I have trouble fighting against NPC enemies. I don't need somebody with a Sharpness IX and Knockback LX sword stealing my carrots, I have enough trouble with the chickens.

Actually all I ever do on SMPs is build a farm somewhere in the mountains.

I think Discordia solution would be better:

PvE zones around shops, dungeons, quest places and so on.
Leaders of clans can buy plots to make PvE zone.

Thats what I thought it was going to be. However if there is a good incentive to build in the pvp zone I don't see that much of an issue.

Only quicker access to certain buildings. The map shows maybe half of the builds we have, and it's very large. There's also a possibility, maybe, that there may be more materials to mine deeper in the pvp zone, but who knows?
