As the person targeted by suppress (I didn't claim it earlier and instead asked if anyone was hit by it to try to bait someone into trying to claim it in an attempt to say "I can't afford my night action tonight, sorry guys" as a fake claim cover)- Yeah that's how it works. My night action tonight is 3x more expensive. Luckily! I don't have a particularly important action.
(I'm currently six pages behind btw- and real life is hitting me hard today...tbf I may actually need someone to sub in for me...) Someone (HK I think) asked me who my neighbor was. My neighbor is Fantome. We were both informed at game start that we're both town. We converse at night and both have the ability to pay to keep our chat open during the night (This is what he meant when he said he had to "purchase day talk").
We shared a 1-shot ability which we used last night to recruit someone, whom I will allow to out themselves as our neighbor at their leisure, to our chat permanently. That ability moved the scale down one point.

Also what is all this talk of conserving money by not using your day action when you've literally calculated you can use your day action without it impacting how much you can use the destroy action

Yeah and I'd also be fine lynching her but assuming her claim is true at least she can't drain our coins potentially (although she can't drain mafia's either so it's a double edged sword)

I could have used it once before reducing the amount destroy abilities. On top of that the scale could move any direction so I didn’t want to waste coins if I felt I was gonna need them later due to increased prices. Finally I expected coins to be more equally spread and congregate to certain players along the way, and therefor didn’t expect people to have that much coins at the start.

honestly i don't even know why i started compiling this post about why i'm retarded and therefore none of the "contradictions" matter when the only one that seems to actually genuinely want to lynch me is omni so i'm not even in any danger
so now i looked at what kropp is doing instead and i find it implausible that he doesn't know how many coins he destroys since that is vital information that he needs in order to fulfill his supposed wincon

This feels weird.
Also the fact that I don’t know how many coins I destroy means you don’t have a random disappearing player during the game, nor a kingmaker.

ok so i've tried to keep up but i'm honestly so confused
i'm suspicious of kroppeb, imo the best lynch today since it seems like an antitown masquerading as 3p and at worse we kill a 3p and not a townie (if he's telling the truth)
a little suspicious of ender, but i'm not sure if he's scum or actually
i trust omni so i guess that means notty's not scum from my point of view, i don't understand why they'd lie about being watcher but i haven't been able to follow too much this game so i probably missed something
dunno about dess but we have 5 days left so no need to rush things

i didn't even see omni's post while typing that's epic
one more comment on the scale - the theme of the game makes it seem like it's negative the higher it is, but inffy's role is better the higher it is? that confuses me quite a lot but at the same time, it wouldn't surprise me for a wrench like that to be thrown into the works
also raxo's role lowering the scale on death is an exception imo, the nature of his role is gold hoarder so it would be "better for the economy" to not have someone hoarding and not investing i guess? that's my two cents at least

then again by the same logic an investigator wouldn't be as "needed" when the economy is doing well and more necessary when the economy is fluctuating and panicking (possibly some weird stuff going on behind the scenes) so maybe it makes thematic sense
