[Added] Can't Kill OP

just an idea. adding a message when you try to kill a Referee, it says "you cannot kill Ref!" much like "you cannot kill teammates!" I think it would be a good thing, especially for new players trying to kill Referees.

Changing it to ''You can't kill Staff in Referee mode!'' might work better.
And i like it, i don't see why we should not have it!

Don't want to have a dangling participant :3 Might confuse players though that don't understand Referee mode.
