This was kinda brought up on discord, and I'm sure most people will be against the idea, but hey everyone is posting suggestions so why shouldn't I!

Basically, the idea is we put ads onto the forums. I, like most people, dislike ads, so they'd have to be non intrusive of course. Regardless, all the revenue which we get from this would be put directly towards advertising our own community. Paid ads can be expensive, so at least this could help.

So yeah! Ads4ads?

If it would make us $5+ a month then it might be worth looking into. Anything less, wouldn’t be worth it. (I use ad-blockers on both mobile and PC. So don’t take my opinion with too much weight.)

This isn't something we plan to implement at the moment, but we may look into this again in the future.
