I don't recall New Arcem and Aeres' building theme to be Star Wars worshipper friendly (and also do not build on those roads they exist for a reason.) , so what the hell is this ?

I lol'd. xD I'll make a note that all vehicles must be parked inside a garage or any other building, else a ticket will be due. Otherwise, you pose serious safety risks to anyone who drives on the road.

I'd suggest making 'Safe houses' that users can go in and hide if a raid does occur; that way they are unreachable.
