[bug] enchanted books copy

Description of Bug/Error (screenshots help a lot): Whenever I tried to combine 2 books into one (in this case 2 efficiency 3 books) you get a book that has 2 efficiency 4 enchantments

How you came to discover this: I was combining efficiency 1 books into efficiency 3 books when I saw this. (Lee_scar know this)

Thanks I noted it when you told me, but having it here is a good idea, don't forget to include it takes one of your books!
Leaving you with only the one double enchanted book.
