Description of Bug/Error (screenshots help a lot): world border at incorrect location- should be at +/- 7500

How you came to discover this: boating across the sea

It is a circle, then it should be a circle, or it would have been made a square. As said earlier, a circle with 7500 in radius.

It's now a square, as the circle apparently cut into mutaro territory. Anyone who has anything built outside of this new border will not be refunded any materials, structure or items.
