In order to become Citizen, you must /apply in-game and follow the instructions given (assuming you are talking about SMP). An actual application is not required. Also, this is the Introduce Yourself/Say Goodbye forums. If this is your way of introducing yourself, I'm confused.

Step 1: go to Primordia.blocktopia.net.
Step 2: click on apply on the bottom of the page.
Step 3: read the instructions shown.
Step 4: read the wiki pages regarding the server. Each page will have part of a password.
Step 5: enter the password on the server.
