These fish happen to live due to this thing called "evolution"!

200 years after nuclear fallout, there's a slightly lower amount of birth defects in the fish and they've almost fully adapted to the usually deadly environment, rendering them safe to eat.
Though, if your fish does have more than the usual amount of limbs or eyes, It's best that you avoid eating it.
