Command Suggestion - /forceb

This is a staffing command that does the same purpose as regular /force, but reads a different message. Like the auto-balance, it will read a message like this:

o/ has changed teams to help balance.

I think this could be useful in explaining why the person was switched, instead of the usual "wtf" message if the staff member doesn't explain why, and if they see a switch they'll usually direct their eyes to chat, where it will be instantly displayed. It's just something to help, and I really don't see any cons. /force can stay as normal for teamswitchers, or for a staff member to force themself to switch.

Being a former Op it was annoying when a player complains when changing teams and I had to explain with a lot of text over and over again. This would both help Ops and Player. Good job superstein.
