Not everyone is pleased to have to see the meetings at 23:00 and THEN play a special blocktopia event untill 00:00. People want to sleep too.

It doesn't matter when it is, people somewhere on the world are not going to be happy with the time. Since the majority of the people live in America I think, that's where the time is the most convenient I guess. If we have meetings in europe time at 15:00, then people in america will be having meetings at 4 am or something.

Waking up at 8 lol. Dan, some of us wake up every day at 6. If what fiesta said is true and the meeting starts at midnight, I'd say it lasts an hour. So 5 hours of sleep? Nuh-huh, I don't think I'd stay awake long enough to get to the bus (which is ~200 meters away from my apartment tho).

I'm almost never able to make it to the meetings, due to how transportation is at my grandmother's house before I can get home.

The meeting doesn't even come close to lasting a hour... try 10 minutes.

6 PM EST is really the best time for a meeting. It's morning for Australians on Saturdays, evening for Americans, and nighttime for those in Europe, and that's really the large majority of the userbase. While I'm sure everyone would want 8-10 PM as the most preferred time (myself included, I often have commitments extending over 6 PM which cause me to be absent during school time) sadly in order to make it a time that's not in absurd hours in the night for anyone (1AM-5AMish) it'd really have to be 6 PM, give or take an hour. But it's hard to make changes without screwing over anyone, so it's best to keep it where it is in my opinion.
