Does RoF have a ban appeal thread?

A friend of mine recently got banned, and he didn't do anything. I wanted to know if there was a ban appeal section so I could appeal him (he doesn't have an account on the forum).

Typically, we request that banned users create their own forum account to appeal their bans. That being said, ban appeals are posted here using this format(appeals without said format will be closed).

Please also be sure to check the ban appeal regularly, the staff who banned you will sometimes ask the banned player questions. If they don't respond, the appeal is closed, and the player stays banned.
