Family leaders have power to do as they wish, from reclaiming land thats within their area to invest in farming to ordering a massacre of a certain class. They must abide one single rule however - Each month a staffmember will open up nominations for faction leaders, the top nominee after three days in each case will be automatically given the leader role, and the previous leader will be forced to step down if he/she has not won.This is non-negotiable, voting will happen each month on the dot - and may happen earlier if events happen such as a leader resigning.
