Command Block Locations: There's only one commandblock command needed and it's at
x: -1442 y: 90 z: 725
The command needed is /summon Villager ~ ~-23 ~-25 ~ {CustomName:Football,CustomNameVisible:1,ActiveEffects:[{Id:2,Amplifier:255,Duration:100000},{Id:10,Amplifier:255,Duration:100000}]}
I think the co-ords for the spawn there are right but I'm not 100% sure. The Villager is meant to spawn at the centre dot.
Worlds Required: No extra worlds required
Gamemode/Difficulty: Gamemode 2 (Adventure Mode) and Peaceful Difficulty.
Warp: /warp Football_Pitch. It's in plots if it matters.
Notes: The spawn point is x: -1426 y: 65 z: 717 if it's needed. Thanks to Stretford01, brad6310, nathan, iggy234 and hiccup4431_ for helping me with the building and giving me some extra ideas.
