Halo: Reach and Halo 4 are definitely favorites of mine. Both of them have great gameplay to offer. That's just my opinion. Feel free to vote on your personal favorite!

Anyways, I feel I should start by saying, contrary to the Halo community's popular opinion, I believe Halo 4 to be a very good game.
