Is the original minecraft.jar modified? Also, could you look for a crash report somewhere in (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports) or (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\) and post it here?

I don't believe the .jar is modified, as with Magic Launcher all I have to do is place the mod in the mods folder and select it? Also, the latest client crash shown:

As for the mods, what I usually do is try each of the mods, one by one, added into the folder.

Since those three mods of yours work standalone, I would suggest trying out each of them, just one in the folder at a time, and then launch. It the launch is successful, there's nothing wrong with the mod. If the launch fails, I suggest redownloading said mod.

The same thing happened to me actually, I tried many ways to fix it.
The thing that finally did it was just uninstalling ALL my mods, everything.
Then reinstall them (all 1.5.1).
Also in Magic launcher, make a ned 'setup' just call it something different.
After placing all your mods into the new setup tab, save and it should work. (It did for me at least).
