Being helpful isn't about asking who needs help every two minutes and then after being ignored for an hour to make a silly thread about it. If you are genuinely helpful, then staff will gladly reference you. Don't be in it just for the rank, that attitude won't get you anywhere fast.

Basically what AvantHarde and Raxo2222 said. But my suggestion is to just pay attention to the chat there will always be questions that we miss. Do not lose heart getting trusted isnt easy and does take some time. Anyways welcome to the forums!
Lol, 4x winner. Again, like these other people said. This isn't some server where its easy to get a rank. It takes time to become a trusted or sometimes you may never become one. Just be patient and help out people more.

Basically, if you want to get trusted, you have to earn it. Not just by asking for it. While helping people is a good thing, you make it feel like you're only helping people to get trusted.
My advice is to be helpful, active, and mature, and also be friendly. :)
Trusted is a staff rank, not a title :/ and if you only spent 70 hours on the server and helped because you want a rank, then you're not gonna get anywhere. In order to get trusted you should be:
1. mature (?)
2. active (check, but if you're only active for a rank...)
3. helpful (check, but again, if you're only doing it for a rank...)
Just continue being active and helpful, but change your attitude.

Remember that Trusted isn't a rank up, it's the first step towards being a staff member. If you try your best, the Ops may find you worthy of the position. Good luck if that's what you decide to do :)
