To become a trusted on a server you must: fill out the requirements (i.e. one month old join date and 16 hours of playing) then apply on the Forums, for lava applications: http://blocktopia.net/forum/forums/staff-applications.30/ and for TNT: http://blocktopia.net/forum/forums/staff-applications.146/ and for zombie: http://blocktopia.net/forum/forums/staff-applications.73/ also you have to have a op+ to refrence you and then that servers staff will vote +1 or -1 on the application thread. You have to be a trusted before you can be an op.

In order to become a trusted, you must meet the requirements. I believe servers have different requirements? For TNT, you must be Mature, Active, and helpfull. You must also have a 1 month since join date, and 16+ hours of play time. You also need 1 op+reference. Once you get ALL of that, you are able to apply on our forums. You fill out a google application, and op's will be checking it. To become an operator, you must do a very good job as a trusted and you will be promoted to operator.
