my headset broke cause i'm an idiot and yeah
so i go to the shop i bought it from and ask for a refund
my reason is 'my cat sat on it'
they say that is an invalid reason and that it was my fault
i complain that their headsets aren't satisfactory to the level i require and certainly not fat cat proof
and so i get a store credit and buy another headset
bartering level up
