If you would like to make a suggestion for the server simply create a new thread here and post the details of it! If it's an addon or a map, try to include a link to it too. Make sure to use the 'Suggestion' prefix!
If you would like to report a server error or bug, create a new thread with as much detail on the error as possible. Try to have a screenshot or some other form of evidence to make it clearer. Make sure to use the 'Report' prefix!
