Hunger Games Event Server

Quick and dirty details:​

​

• Join on smp.blocktopia.net:25567
• Type /howto for commands (tl;dr: Check active arenas with /hg arenas and join one with /hg join <name> )
• Arena names are case-sensitive! So it is Hunger1 and not hunger1
• If you want to start a round it needs 3 people at least, you must do /hg vote to start a round if the arena isn't full.
• Maps reset after each round and generate randomly new. Every map is different each time!
• 15 Minutes until deathmatch, another 2 minutes until the round is force ended.

Hunger1: 12 slots, 350x300 size
Hunger2: 24 slots, 500x500 size
Hunger3: 12 slots, 400x400 size
Hunger4: 24 slots, 600x600 size


Important: This is only going to be a temporary server, as we doubt we will ever have constant demand for it.

We got an odd bug here, when you are scrolling over an item in your hotbar, ir drops or goes up in your inventory, this also appears if you press the numbers. Other than this, GREAT server

The inventories are bugged, when I try to select a sword, it goes into the main inventory, not the small one in the HUD

EDIT: The last game I played seemed to have it fixed, but I am not 100% sure about everyone else

I had such an amazing experience, it was a lot of fun to play with my friends from zombie and also meet some new people from the other servers. Also, there is a lovely atmosphere, with everyone playing friendly and no whining about getting killed or kill steals. 10/10 ~IGN(lolno)

It might be because ca 50% of the player base is in Amrica, an few people is on at this time, generally. The other servers are also pretty low, but at hunger games you need atleast 4 people to have something thats fun to play.

Ich stimme zu!

Seriously, this would be great. A 'language day' once a month where server messages are in a certain language, a flag at spawn is risen with that country's flag and people are encouraged to speak the language if they can. It would broaden people's world view.
