I DON'T UNDERSTAND BUTTONS!!!

There was this one time when I turned on my brother's laptop to play Minecraft ( I have a laptop of my own, but for some reason mine can't play Minecraft Classic ) but for some reason, Wi-Fi was turned off.
Seriously, I tried troubleshooting the problem, and it says 'A button is not turned on. Please turn it back on'. It took me until my little brother pressed this very obvious button on. My older brother was trying to find out the problem, and he didn't even think about it. And APPARENTLY someone pressed F11.
It changed 'O' into 6 and then 'M' into zero. My dad explained this to me earlier. And for some reason,
sound was muted on this laptop for a week and a half. Apparently a certain software ( or was it device? ) was off. My dad put things back to normal at least. Sigh... I hope that doesnt happen again...WHAT THE HENS DID YOU JUST DO?! Sorry, that was for my brother. While I was doing someting, my brother wrote down that I have the smallest brain in the world. Seriously. I hate it when he does that.

Step 2. Whenever you're looking at the problem of 'A button' get an image of it.
Step 3. Lift your finger.

f11 is your hardware radio switch. Press it and all internet connection goes off. Press it again and it comes back on.
all of the f keys do different things on certain keyboards(usually laptops only) like change/toggle sound, dim or brighten the screen, etc.
Since this is the type of keyboard you have, you need to hold down the fn key while you press an f key to use it like you would on any other computer. For example, if you want to switch into 3rd-person view in MC(f5), you would need to hold down fn while pressing f5. Like ctrl+c or alt+255.
