Hello fellow blocktopians. While I'm writing this, it's like my heart is breaking. But however, what must be done, must be done. Today, marks the day I change my life. And while I've spent a year here, I must now leave you.
Last March 2011, I came on Lava Survival, where I spent 5 months of playing. I met a great number of friends and companions, there, such a Choclate_God, Nero1000, ninjawarriorx... I've met a lot of friendly staff such as Shande, Thalassa(who was VetOp at the time), 12plm, and others that are just too many to count. Then I took some time off, but when I came back to Blocktopia in September or so, I was far behind, and needed a fresh start. So I switched to Primordia. Helping, building, fighting and chatting, I tried my best to fit in, and I did. Then things slowed down. Primordia was taken down, and the new 4 premium servers came. Even though I missed Primordia, I had to move on. I was most active on AoD and BuildBox, so I decided to apply for staff on BuildBox. I achieved that goal aswell. And now here we are.
What has made my decision to leave, you ask? Well, while I was writing my homework yesterday after a long day of playing and staffing. I saw the time, and it was late, I had an hour and a half to write a lot of homework. I looked to my right, and there was my blackboard. Blank, as I had erased the text the other day. An idea flashed through my mind, a memory. I realized what I'd had been doing to this day - nothing but playing on the computer, must stop. I made myself a task list of goals in my life. And today, I start following this. For one may only be happy, once he finds peace. Blocktopia, you have changed the course of my life. While no one in real life understood me, you guys did. When I needed help, you gave me tips and assistance. For this I am very grateful, but I must continue now. My goals are to learn animation, master the guitar, learn java programming, practice and attempt to master photography and many more.
I hope that one day, I may come back, or that one of our paths cross one day in our lives. Fellow blocktopians, with these final words, I resign from my position as BuildBox Operator and leave.
Blocktopia, and all of it's members, I salute you possibly for the last time!
