Can't say I really know of any video game projects that are currently being worked on right now, that will end up being released in 2013...
Erm... Is Animal Crossing for the 3DS out yet? If not, it's probably coming out in 2013, so there's that, too.

i know that square enix will be releaseing kingdom hearts birth by sleep next year some time (apparently though, i dont know if its true)
I do believe it's all ready out and available for purchase, sir.
Unless you meant to say Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance... That's all ready out, too.

It's a jrpg with primarily eastern sales that has significantly less sales than any other game in the list "with the exception of planetside". I wasn't just going to include everyones favourite game for shits and giggles.
