Okay Jared well Blocktopia is actually a community of 8 servers. 3 classic and 5 premium.
I will post each server with how and where to appeal.

PREMIUM SERVERS

All premium server ban appeal are filled out with the same format and put in the same place. Our premium servers are as follows: Army of Darkness, BuildBox, Adventures & Tournaments, SMP, and Solitude. As a note if your banned on solitude its generally only for 2 days.

By the way if you fail to fill out the CORRECT FORMAT your appeal will be denied and you will be asked to put it in the correct format. If not then you will remain banned.
