First of all, thanks for making this possible.
The Lava Survival Multiplayer (LSMP) is currently in the θρεη βετα phase. What does this mean for you and for us?
To us:
-This is a time where we open the server up, and see what things are wrong. This is the first time that things are being played. Once we identify the problems, we fix them, then give you a better server experience in return.
-Things that we once thought were awesome may prove to be not so cool. Other things that we didn't even think of may show up. This is the "polishing" phase of the server development, and is a crucial one.
To you:
-While this is an opportunity to have fun with friends and just play Minecraft, the primary objective is to test things out.
-Things will go wrong. Glitches, bugs, and broken things can and will happen. This is good, because this allows us to identify these issues early on and fix them as soon as possible.
-It's your responsibility as a beta tester to let us know about all the things we can improve on. Don't be scared to voice your opinions (in an appropriate manner). Even if you think someone else already reported it, still report it yourself. Consistent reports give us better ideas of how widespread problems are.
TL;DR
Be awesome, tell us what opportunities we have for improvement, so we can make things more awesome-er.
ALL PLAYER DATA WILL BE RESET FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE BETA TESTING.
