Minecraft Animator

I'm searching for a minecraft animation program or animator so I can position my skins for thumbnails for YouTube vids, maybe start an animated series and such. I have a mac. I have tried Blender, and the mac commands just aren't working (i.e. I can't turn the picture to get different views, can't find a way to get my skin on there, etc.). If anyone has any suggestions of programs or if there is anybody willing to make a couple animations for me, please tell me.
