After today, I just thought of a command for OP+ that would show the ops who were muted.
While I was playing,I remembered of many people who were muted and then logged off.
When he/she would come online he/she would forget they were muted and therefore cannot speak.(Also if the Op logged off and no one knew they were muted they might have to wait 2/3 days before getting unmuted)
If an OP+ said /mutelist it would appear like:

There are currently # people muted (# being a number)
The name(s) of the people are:
e.g:Stretford01 (offline)

I remember that in the ban appeals list there were a few 'Mute Appeals'
I think this would help the staff a bit

I could see it being useful. Though, if I mute and forget about you. Its pretty much intentional.

I love the idea of /ipmute - in fact, I'd like it if all mutes were IP mutes, to stop most people from mute evading. Assigning a reason to a mute seems pretty good too, as does /mutelist (perhaps aliased as /muted as well).

Taking it a little further, it'd also be good if the muter was noted down, so if somebody has been muted, they receive a message saying "You have been muted by <person> for <reason>".

I've taken a look at mute stuff and bans in the past, I'm not sure I'd be able to adjust it to add the features you guys want, would require destroyerx1's input.

Suggestion to this:

When looking in a mute list, It could be like this

Muted (online)
max2467, federal_police, stinkyguy765

Muted (offline) The rest.

That way you'd see who is online and is muted. Would make it much easier to see those that are muted who are online.
