Pokemon X and Y New Legendaries?!

Okay, so I have been on the Global Trading System on Pokemon Y lately, and I have seen these
three names pop up recently;

#719 Rock/Fairy Diancie
#720 Fire/Water Volcanion
#721 Psychic/Ghost Hoopa

If you have seen these names, post all information in this thread, thank you!

The 3 legendaries have been confirmed to be real. They will be treated like the "trio" of previous gens, however their captures/obtainablility has so far only been rumored to be from a Nintendo wifi ticket.

Similar to boat ticket for the black/white games to go to liberty garden and obtain Victini. aka, the "Event Pokemon"

Also, THIS IS JUST A RUMOR. There's some speculation connecting the ghost girl on the 2nd floor of a building in Lumiose City to one of these event pokemon.
I have seen the ghost girl myself, and was kinda.... freaked out! Figured she needed a better purpose and this would be good for her. lol
