Recording on the WII

***NOTEWORTHY: Not a 100% sure if this go's here but I'm guessing it does***

I wanna record some of my WII gaming. I got a Flip video camera but its not gonna be the best for doing this. Anybody know of a program/way to tape myself playing WII?

Capture card = Only way.
Unless there's a program you can get on the Wii that records your actions, cos I haven't played the Wii in got-knows how long.
