I have had one warning before I was Trusted where someone got a hold of my password and griefed my own house, I changed my password immediately after I discovered what happened. But other than that and being demoted (not dishonorably) due to the closing of Primordia, none.
What you believe your position entails?:
I believe as operator you must be fun and sociable to the players of the server while also being able helpful and being able to step your foot down at the same time to protect other players. As an operator, you must let no questions go unanswered, no grief go unsolved, and no player left unrecognized.

- Fun, I can staff and have fun with other players at the same time.
- Active, my addiction for Minecraft comes in here, I'll probably be on every or every other day.
- Past Staffing Experience, spending six months as a Trusted on the old SMP server then Primordia, I have learned the ropes of staffing and feel I can step up and handle the duties and responsibilities of an Operator.
