Rituals of Fire - 4th Lavaversary and Last Man Standing 2016
According to the EscapeRestart Wiki, "the server's original release was on October 5th, 2012 after being on a public beta test for a week". Four years later, and Rituals of Fire still thrives, and that is thanks to not only the mods and staff team who put in countless hours making the server a great place for everyone to play on, but all of you, everyone who plays countless hours having fun and ranking up on the server. Whilst we could use this time to consider how far we've come, we're not like that on RoF. We prefer hosting a big week-long celebration and making people die to mobs in an attempt to win prizes. So that's just what we'll do! EscapeRestart's Rituals of Fire presents to you the 4th Lavaversary and Last Man Standing 2016.
The week will kick off on Monday 3rd October when we enable a week-long boost of 3x end-round cookies when playing classic and double tokens when playing Deathrun and Survival. The staff will host loads of mid-round games and fun activities throughout the week, too.
On Wednesday 5th October, the actual Lavaversary occurs. This marks exactly 4 years since the server was officially released. We definitely do have something planned for this night, but we can assure you it will be good! Expect fireworks I'd say.
Finally, on Saturday 8th October at 8pm GMT, we have one of the most popular events on EscapeRestart, our annual Last Man Standing. For those new to Last Man Standing, waves of custom mobs spawn, with bosses and challenges too, and it is your job to fight them off as people die around you, until you're the last one left. There's no registration involved, so just turn up on the night. Everyone is equal - first-time players have the same opportunity as veterans. You all have the same equipment, but don't worry, your existing RoF items will be backed up and restored once the event is over! There will be a great atmosphere, chaos, and there are prizes too, not only for the winners but for everyone. This event is hugely popular, so make sure you're there - could you be this year's Last Man Standing?
