--Server Content--
All content - this is the workshop collection used by the server so it will always be up-to-date.
--Server Rules--
Rules
(the punishments you receive for breaking these rules depends on the context of the situation and the judgement of the staff)
(the punishments you receive for breaking these rules depends on the context of the situation and the judgement of the staff)
1) No discriminating against others (racism, homophobia or any other insulting language will not be tolerated)
2) No ghosting (using third party software to advise or reveal information to someone that is in a round from another that isn't in a round/in spectator mode)
3) No teaming (purposefully helping the opposite team at the expense of your own team)
4) No offensive or inappropriate sprays (Garry's Mod is a 13+ game so keep that in mind)
5) No spamming, harassing or impersonating others
6) No camping/delaying the round in Overtime
7) No delaying the round by camping in Traitor or Detective rooms for extended periods of time. If you are considered to be camping in a Traitor/Detective room for too long, an admin will ask you to exit it, and if you don't, you may be forced to by a teleport.
8) No prop-killing or interfering with the game as a spectator prop (you may prop-kill when alive as long as it isn't RDM)
9) No claiming rooms (e.g. "Come in here and I'll shoot you")
10) No scripting or hacking
11) No unintelligible or troll names (e.g. "Nobody", "Somebody in Disguise", an indescribable symbol)
12) Do not use the grappling hook to get out of the restricted playable area of the map so that you cannot be harmed
13) Do not RDM (Random DeathMatch; damaging someone without any reason at all or solely based on suspicion)
14) If you are slain, you are expected to remain on the server for the duration of the slay. If you leave, thus avoiding the punishment of sitting out for a round, you will be banned.
15) Do not damage or call KoS on someone for following you
16) As an Innocent or Detective do not call a KOS (Kill on Sight) without solid evidence or logical proof (Traitors may do this)
17) Unless you are a Traitor, you may only kill AFKs - with the reason solely being because they are AFK - in Overtime (if the person has not moved for 60 seconds you can consider them to be AFK)
18) You may use the golden gun on suspicious players but only as long as there is a clear line of reasoning behind the suspicion
19) You may only kill someone with the intention of reviving them with the defibrillator in order to heal/prove them as innocent if the person agrees to it
20) Killing based on common sense is allowed (e.g. killing someone because you hear a death scream far away and everyone else apart from them are together)
21) Killing someone based on them having the same gun that somebody died from or them being the last person a dead innocent saw is not allowed
22) You may not kill or damage your Traitor buddies without their permission
23) If you randomly Taser someone and they are damaged or die in the process of it with nobody else being at fault, you will be held responsible and it will be considered RDM
24) Don't use the Taser to trap people inside walls, props and structures or to make them inaccessible in any way"
25) Detectives are not allowed to give out orders, and if they shoot someone for disobeying them it will be considered RDM
26) You may physically force someone to test (e.g. with the Taser or props) but you may not damage someone for refusing to test
27) In voice chat speak in English only
28) Do not abuse glitches
29) Do not call a KoS on a certain model or accessory.
30) Do not damage or call KoS on someone for doing something traitorous pre-round
31) As a Traitor if you activate something that could harm your buddies (e.g. c4, traps, grenades) you must warn them - if they are damaged due to you failing to warn them, you will be held responsible and it may be considered as RDM
32) Do not AFK for extended periods of time simply to pointfarm or boost ontime.
33) RDMing someone for revenge is not okay - don't take matters into your own hands, report them to staff. If there are no ways of getting staff online and there is an RDMer and the only way to stop them from ruining the fun is to make sure they're dead then you will not be punished for this if you can provide evidence of the situation being in need of your actions.
Traitorous Acts (You may kill people for doing these. Detectives are exempt from this list):
- Damaging other players who have not been KOS'd or done a Traitorous Act
- Refusing to follow through a KOS called by a proven innocent
- Traitor baiting (shooting next to/above people, pretending you're killing someone, throwing props towards people at harmful speeds, anything that can be mistaken for genuine traitor behaviour)
- Throwing harmful grenades (Incendinary grenades, Frag grenades, Discombobulator grenades in dangerous places e.g. a high-up ledge that people are standing on)
- Walking past unidentified bodies after clearly seeing them and choosing to ignore them (but use common sense; if they're involved in a firefight and are too busy shooting a Traitor to identify bodies, don't use that as an excuse to kill them)
- Damaging traitor testers/health stations
- Planting C4 or other traitorous devices
- Walking towards others with explosive props
- Entering/leaving traitor rooms
- Having traitor weapons (unless you picked them up from a traitor that you/someone else have killed and explained this, although you can still be KOS for it if you aren't believed)
- Calling KOS on innocents (again, use common sense. If the innocent they KOS'd performed a Traitorous act and you saw them do it, don't use the false KOS as an excuse to kill)
- Not responding to a Livecheck within 30 seconds of it being called
- Locking someone in a room or blocking someone from entering an area after being given three warnings with at least three seconds in between each warning. (Warnings must make it clear they are a certain number warning and that the warning is to stop blocking or locking the person in a room, e.g. "warning 1, stop blocking me" or "final warning to stop locking me in.")
Note: If the server rules are broken, a staff member may deal out a punishment they deem fit for a given scenario. If you feel you have been unfairly punished, please notify Infected_alien8 or a higher member of staff.
--Ranks--
The ranks and what they mean:
- Guest - A Guest is someone new to the server. They have less than 1 hour playtime.
- Player - A Player is someone who has reached 1 hour playtime.
- Regular - A Regular is someone who has reached 24 hours playtime.
- Resident - A Resident is someone who has reached 100 hours playtime. They, and anyone with a rank higher than them, have access to the 'Hatsune Miku' playermodel in the pointshop.
- SuperResident - A SuperResident is someone who has reached 150 hours playtime. They, and anyone with a rank higher than them, have the ability to create !votes.
- StuckHereForever - StuckHereForever ranked people have reached 200 hours playtime. They, and anyone with a rank higher than them, have access to the !slap command (if trusted to use it sensibly) and the 'Xenomorph' playermodel in the pointshop.
- Custom - Custom ranked people have reached 250 hours playtime. They have the option of being given a custom title. It must be appropriate and is set by staff. It can be changed at any time. If they have not opted to receive a custom title, they keep the title 'Custom', which has rainbow colours like the Admin rank. Someone who has a custom title may also have been awarded it for completing the tasks here.
- Trusted - Someone with the Trusted rank has been handpicked by staff to be able to use very basic commands such as voteslay, votekick, mute and gag, in order to help keep the server fun in an absence of admins. They may only purchase playermodels that require a certain amount of playtime if they have reached that playtime. If they have achieved a custom title, they are allowed to use that instead of the default 'Trusted' title, and have access to !slap.
- Trial Staff - Someone with the Trial Staff rank has applied to be staff for the server and been accepted. They help the Admins take care of the server, can view reports and damagelogs, have limited staff-related commands and are in the process of becoming official staff. They may pass or fail their trial depending on how well they do. They also have at least 100 hours playtime. They may only purchase playermodels that require a certain amount of playtime if they have reached that playtime, and they do not have access to some of the other rank bonuses such as !slap.
- Admin - An Admin is an official staff member of the server; someone who has volunteered to help keep the server fun. They have passed their trial, see reports and damagelogs and have a variety of commands that they may utilise. They also have at least 100 hours playtime and may only purchase playermodels that require a certain amount of playtime if they have reached that playtime.
