1. Building a Hotel, because we're at our limit of free housing.
2. Finishing Luxury plot housing.
3. Finishing the Subway.
4. Building Warrior's/Fighter's Guild (Under Discussion).
5. Start Construction on Beach.
6. Make some sort of small dock (In the beach)
7. Finish Town Plaza.
8. Constructing Church/Tower of some sort.
9. Finishing WaterPark.
10. Continue construction of the Business District (Shopkeepers wanted.)
11. Building the Embassies for other Families.
12. Adding Streetlights and other things to the road.
13. Making a gate of some sort.
14. City Police (Optional.)
15. Official town monument (Optional.)
16. City Council (Optional.)

As you can see, there's a lot on our plate, and supplies and volunteers are always welcome/needed. Of course, we can't do everything at once, but talk to BrickWolf or Malacath if you want to help out.

As always, I'm happy to help but I think to best see that these tasks are completed, we should handle them one at a time. As such, I ask which of these do you consider the most urgent, or just the one you want done first, so I can lend a helping hand and we don't just start a bundle of unfinished projects.

Good list. Only thing I am not so sure about is the council. I looked at the Gaia council and the aeres one and it didn't look too good.
