All of my mains are a huge mess- no merges, didn't really check for compatibility, just ran it through LOOT. i used to have a main with around 150 mods which was perfectly compatible and worked amazinhly welll & rarely CTD's, but I lost it and I'm just too lazy to make a new good one. I plan on creating one with around 200/300 mods once I've got my desktop pc.

Haven't really been able to install that many mods or use a lot of mods because my laptop can't really handle modding. btw I strongly suggest using Mod Organizer instead of Steam Workshop/Nexus Mod Manager because it's better in every single way (for people who are still stuck with NMM) . It's a bit more complicated but has a lot of advantages including allowing for more profiles.

NMM = ticking time bomb
MO = blast shield

(also, trap-- consider switching to iNeed instead of RND. RND is very script-heavy and requires a lot of compatibility patches for other mods. Just a thought if you ever do a fresh install or something)

eh, you don't have that many script-heavy mods so I wouldn't really worry about it, but this could become a problem if you add more script-intensive mods. Your biggest offenders (at first glance) are Frostfall (extremely script-heavy), Wet and Cold (incredibly script-heavy as well) and RND. I doubt they would be that much of a problem. Consider getting SSME & enboost though, those tend to reduce CTD's and lag if you experience those.

For anyone who is just starting out on modding, here are some mods which are by some considered to be essential. Not including any (real) graphic ones:

Unofficial Skyrim Patch
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch
Unofficial Hearthfire Patch
All of these mods fix a huge amount of bugs in Skyrim (like, thousands upon thousands upon thousands).

SkyUI
Completely overhauls the UI of Skyrim's inventory menus and more to improve the user's experience especially for keyboard and mouse users. Also works fine for those who play with a controller (Xbox360 controller works great). Also adds a Mod Configuration Menu which is used by many other mods. Absolutely essential.

OneTweak
Double cursor fix, borderless window (!) & dynamic process priority

iHUD
Hides the HUD when you don't need it, shows it when you do need it! Clean, effective, and immersive.

moreHUD
This mod adds HUD information to several types of objects/items that you are targeting that vanilla Skyrim lacked. Such as whether the item improved your damage, armor, types of alchemical attributes a plant had, and how much the item would increase your carry weight, all without having to open your inventory.

AQWMWR
A Quality World Map - With Roads (AWQMWR) is a mod that adds the roads and trails of Skyrim to the world map. You can choose between seeing all the roads of Skyrim or just the main ones.

Even Better Quest Objectives
This mod improves the text descriptions of quests in Skyrim to provide locations and details of events in quests so that you do not have to rely on the quest marker to show you where the next objective is located.

Auto Unequip Ammo
Mod that makes is that you automatically unequip arrows from your character when you do not have a bow equipped.

Guard Dialogue Overhaul
Guard Dialogue overhaul is a mod alters the guard dialogue, changing it from something that breaks your immersion in the world of Skyrim to something that actually increases it.

Interesting NPCs
A quality mod that adds dozens of new NPCs, most of which are voiced, that are interesting! Most of them have dozens of lines of dialogue, and there are a few NPCs you can meet that are "super followers".

Run for Your Lives
Citizens in a village or city will now run indoors during a dragon attack, unless they are guards or other NPCs capable of fighting back.

Skyrim Community Uncapper
The default settings of this plugin will unlock the skill level caps of 100 and push them to 10000. This allows you character to be able to level up almost forever. You may also tweaks the settings of this plugin to set your own caps, to modify the experience earning rate of each skill, the relation between skill leveling and player leveling, and to change the number of perks, health points, magicka points, stamina points, "Carry Weight" points gained at a specific level up.

XCE - Xenius Character Enhancement: Mod that makes the skin textures of NPCs and your character look much better.
Vurt's Floral Overhaul This mod retextures the plants, trees, flowers, grass of Skyrim to be more photo-realistic and more varied.
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM This mod fixes a lot of UV mapping mesh errors, and even adds some new 3d models in!
Skyrim 2K HD
Radiant and Unique Potions and Poisons HD Adds custom labels to all potions and poisons in Skyrim.
Pure Waters Pure Waters overhauls the waters in Skyrim - fixing flow, better textures, etc.
Ethereal Elven Overhaul thereal Elven Overhaul is a comprehensive revamp of the elf races of Skyrim. It alters every aspect of their facial features to a more appealing look, while remaining faithful to the original work and striving for realism. EEO also affects every elven NPC in the game and comes with new presets.
Enhanced Blood Textures Stellar mod that adds better blood effects and new ones too. Very highly recommended.
Booze Bottles HD Replaces the textures of alcoholic beverages with a unique and great looking label
Book Covers Book Covers is a mod that gives books a colorful, designed, unique cover. Simple, but incredible mod.

XCE - Xenius Character Enhancement: Mod that makes the skin textures of NPCs and your character look much better.
Vurt's Floral Overhaul This mod retextures the plants, trees, flowers, grass of Skyrim to be more photo-realistic and more varied.
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM This mod fixes a lot of UV mapping mesh errors, and even adds some new 3d models in!

Radiant and Unique Potions and Poisons HD Adds custom labels to all potions and poisons in Skyrim.
Pure Waters Pure Waters overhauls the waters in Skyrim - fixing flow, better textures, etc.

i have its pretty awesome it has a whole new story and everything and the story is kinda cool
