SMP - Halloween!

I'm very confused, first Malcovent did it and now you've done it too. News posts that only have a link to the main content in them and no opening content make the main page look bare and un-inviting. Surely a few lines of text would help?

That's because one of them starts in community central, so that it shows up on the front page, and the picture redirects you to the SMP news section.
The post on the News was just for advertisement purpose, and as well TheQube and I intentionally put the text inviting the players into the picture itself. Pretty much my thought was, two birds one stone.
The blue written text is mainly there as instruction to get to the main content, and the text in the picture is there to get "invitation-feeling".
But I have to agree with you, if you click on "Home" and you see the post, you need to open the thread first to see the invitation, else you only see the ugly blue text.
