Some anoyying hackers killing me.

I have been into TNT Wars (Classic) and I have met 2 hackers.1 of them uses hacks to fight me,like fly and kill me from behind,then fly up again.I wish an Operator+ can warn them for all the warns they should get,because it's unfair for them to win using hacks.These are the names of the following hackers : 1. Rainbow_Ally 2. darkraven6252
Please help me.
