Concept game idea thing.

Sprite of me for Pokemon rom hack.

Sprite for overworld(I failed because the first sprite is for Gen 3 but the overworld is for Gen 4)

And of course the first eeveon of the rom hack I'm working on.

Also random armor, bow and sword.

(I say these count as pixel art, because I didn't have a tablet and made most of them a pixel at a time, or recolored while they are pixelated.)
Back from when I attempted to make RPG Games through RPG Maker VX.

Psst.

What program would you guys suggest for pixel art, just for simplicity of being able to put down a single pixel rather than a brush?

Also, any programs that go with the above that can also create and save animated gifs?

For now, I'll use Photoshop.

I found a free program perfect for pixel art, not sure if it is for animating, though.
