[Suggestion] Make our votes count, when offline.

It is bit annoying, as I always vote in morning on Minecraft Forum and Planet Minecraft.

AoD rewards shouldn't depend if you are on it, because this way more people would vote on our servers.

I'm not really sure why it doesn't work properly, I've checked the config, but I'll double check it and see if I've done something wrong.

Still doesn't work - I voted on three voting sites and still didn't got reward, when I'm not on server.
