Let me start:

What do you think about Ant-Man and Avengers: Age of Ultron so far? I think it was interesting that Scott Lang will be the main Ant-Man and not Hank Pym. Also, it's interesting that Ultron wont be created by Ant-Man, nor will Ant-Man be in AoU. I think the choice to introduce Quicksilver, Vision, and Scarlet Witch in AoU will pay off, however with Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch starting as villains, along with Hulk and Baron von Strucker having minor villainous roles, and Ultron being the main villain will all be interesting. It also seems that Thanos will NOT be in AoU in any role, however filming is not yet complete, so I guess we'll see. Also, could the filming in Johannesburg, Africa, lead to the inclusion (Minor or otherwise) of Black Panther?

Now, an Aquaman movie, a Wonder Woman movie, and a Shazam movie have been CONFIRMED! But, what does that mean for the league?

Update: Scoot McNairy has been seen wearing bright green socks (An easier and less expensive form of a green screen) suggesting that his legs will end up being blurred out or edited out. Many people have come to the conclusion that Scoot will be playing the Flash. This quote from Scoot has further increased that suspicion.
"As far as you know budget has no bearing on the character, so mostly so prepping for this has been like how I approach every character I’ve done, and they’re all different so you kind of tailor it to the job and the character. But you know this is just a big one man, this is probably the biggest one I’ve ever been on so the only thing is the bigger the film is, the slower the process is. It’s been nice to go from a TV show that’s so fast moving and you know you’re talking fast paced like popping 50 pages out in 8 days, and this has been great to going back to shooting like a page a day. So you know it’s been great man, it’s been really awesome. Yeah well... I hope to be a part of the DC universe for a while as well" - Scoot McNairy
People have also been suspecting that he could be Metallo, however, I would personally prefer to see Scoot play Green Lantern.
