It would be a nice feature bit this has a few downsides:
- some people might get offensive titles or other abusive titles
- some people might take extreme long titles that would make the chat messy
(eg. [6] [ultimate n00bsl4y3r] [Not My Fault] Masterstenely: lol this prefix is so long)

The best we could do is add in staff-approved titles to the shop that are small, quirky and nice to look at - though these would most likely be very expensive.
If you meant the ability to buy a custom title option, then no that'll never happen as like Master said it'll be abused.
