As for being a moderator, it's a bit more complicated than posting a simple one-liner. Moderators (AKA: Ops or Operators) are selected from the server's current Trusted during the weekly voting. You can apply for Trusted, but you'll need to make sure you fit the requirements. (you can find them HERE and HERE)
