Which laptop? I'm at a stalemate here.

I have decided between two laptops. I would have asked my friends, but they have had unappealing answers (as in OMG GET A MACBOOK PRO LOL.) They are both dells (my favorite brand) and one is 15 inches, and 14 inches. The description is below.

quite honestly, I was looking at the same two laptops (with very similar specialized specs) and I can say that if you want the laptop for gaming, go with the alienware. If you want to be able to do proccessor intensive things (like 3d modeling and rendering/large scale video editing) I would go with the XPS. plus, the xps probably has longer battery life.
